Green Smoothies Recipes Formula
This is one simple formula to get all the variety of the perfect green smoothies.
The quantities are for making 4 cups of smoothies.
Combine Components A, B, C, D and E to make the smoothies.
Green Leafy vegetables.
Use 1, or 2 or 3 or more types of these green leafy vegetables in big quantities:
Spinach, Romance Lettuce, Celery, Choysum, Kailan, Tunghou (Chrysanthemum garland), Cabbage., etc
Use 1 or more of the following herbs in small quantities:
Parleys, Mint Leaves, Chinese Parsley, Yinsai (Cilantro), Thai Sweet Basil, etc
Fruits to make the green smoothies palatable:
1 Apple, 2 big banana.
To kills any germs in the vegetables
To make the smoothies more alkaline
Half a lemon( remove seeds but keep all the skin and peel)
1 table spoon of Apple Cider Vinegar
As all the nutrients are either water and oil soluble, you need to add a little oil.
Do one of the followings:
2 table spoon of flaxseeds( This is the best option, as flaxseed would provide the rare Omega 3 fat)
2 table spoon of pumpkin seeds.
6 almond seeds
1 table spoon of olive oil
